Laminate FR4 for printed circuit boards
Description:
It is a laminate sheet covered by copper foil. Basic material is woven fiberglass cloth with an epoxy resin binder. A thin layer of copper foil is laminated to one or both sides of an FR-4 glass epoxy panel. FR-4 is a standard material for printed circuit boards (PCB).
